These tailor-made facilities are structured to suit the individual needs of our customers, depending upon their specific requirements and repayment capabilities.

The Credit & Marketing department structures these facilities for clients who wish to enhance their cash flows, while capitalizing on their receivables. In this facility the customers are provided with financing either on face value or the discounted value of the Bills/Invoices raised by them against supply of goods/services to their clients.

The Equity Research department is actively involved in equity research and investment.

The Corporate Finance department arranges short/long term syndicated finance/these facilities to cater to the working capital as well as BMR/expansion requirements of customers. This facility provides a one-window operation for those customers who wish to deal with one Lead Banker for the said facilities, instead of dealing individually with a number of banks/financial institutions for the requisite funding.

The Corporate Finance department is involved in the arrangement of finances for customers via issuance of various corporate debt instruments either through a private placement or a public issue.
